Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction is The Resale Source’s mission.
If you have received your order and are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, we will review a request for return of goods, up to 15 days after delivery of your order. Please contact The Resale Source Customer Service at [email protected] to submit a request for return/refund review. The Resale Source reserves the right to deny refund/return requests at our discretion. No returns/refunds will be accepted after 15 days of order delivery.
Please include the following information in your refund inquiry request:
- TRS Order number and shipment Tracking number in the subject line of your email
- Description of item(s) to be returned- if more than one item is ordered please clearly indicate which item(s) are to be returned/refunded
- Reason for return- we reserve the right to deny refunds/returns but will review requests on a case by case basis.
- Contact name, phone number and email you prefer to be contacted at
You will receive a response from The Resale Source withing 48 hours of your initial inquiry to begin the refund/returns review process.
Damage refunds:
The Resale Source will package all products properly for shipping. Although we take all precautions to ensure safe delivery, damages can occur during shipping. If you receive an order damaged please contact The Resale Source Customer Service at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a refund/return of damaged products. Please include the following information in your email to begin the refund process:
- TRS Order number and shipment Tracking number in the subject line of your email
- Description of items damaged- if more than one item is ordered please clearly indicate which items are damaged and need to be returned
- Pictures of damaged shipping materials (boxes, inserts etc.)
- Pictures of damaged products
- Contact name, phone number and email you prefer to be contacted at
Please do not discard any shipping materials (boxes, bubble wrap, protective materials etc.) until instructed to do so by The Resale Source. Many shipping companies require pictures of these items to honor a shipping claim.
